I specialize in one service; in-home/on-site, plant-based meal prep. Clients can choose weekly, bi-weekly or short-term meal prep depending on your needs.
Which service is best for you?
Weekly – Perfect for larger households, on-the-go families and busy professionals that want a fridge full of fresh, delicious meals each week. Clients can choose dinners only, full day meal plans (B/L/D) or a combo of dishes that fit their needs and lifestyle.
Biweekly – Ideal solution for smaller households, those that enjoy preparing some of their own meals and/or dining out, as well as those who would prefer a flexible mix of frozen and fresh items.
Short-Term – When you need plant-based meals for a certain period of time. Whether a yoga retreat, off-site business meeting, staying at a vacation rental (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.), hosting vegan guests at your home or needing someone to provide nourishing meals for a recovery period (post-partum. post-surgery, etc.).
